but these two pages have a warning banner

@david69 I have also edited most Techdraw command reference pages to fix the link there, but I have checked the "Do not invalidate translations" checkbox when marking them for translation. Now I am not sure if that was such a good idea. Have you received any notification that these pages have been changed?
