First of all, my apologies for the delay in responding.
It seems that the new DraftGui.py file is working better. Thank you very much Roy_043!
There is still a small deviation that I don't know if it is within the expected error (anyway it is much smaller than before). In my humble opinion, the zoom level should not reach values that allow to see the inaccuracies inherent to the numerical accuracy errors, but that's a separate issue.
I made a video to show that small deviation that still exists and to demonstrate that the angle lock is possible also with polylines, not only with lines, only with lines there is a limitation (I don't know why); you get only lines contained in the work plane.
I can't attach the video, it takes less than 3 MB, but it still tells me that it is too big.
