How to hi-light bend in sheet metal WB

Post by mwlandolsi »

Hello everybody.
When trying to modify a bend in sheet metal WB, sometimes we need to click or hi light a function (bend) on the view or on the tree
but when I click on a bend, I got all the previous bends highlighted with !

Hi mwlandolsi, this sounds like it could be in the same ballpark as: Ticket #4730 Children and/or parent to be highlighted when hoovering over something in the tree/3D viewport

Can you reproduce this on FreeCAD master v0.20 dev?

FC 0.20 master does not highlight a feature at all. This is only in realthunder;
but If you want to change a bend length, for example, you spend a lot of time to find it.

Hide/show (space-bar) a function in the tree to find the right one.

Btw, the OP image can be done with just one SheetMetal_AddBase

It is clunky to do it that way, TBH. This would be a welcome feature.
