Dear community, FreeCAD 0.20 with all its great features
https://wiki.freecadweb.org/Release_notes_0.20
is almost ready.

In order to test if everything works as expected after it is installed, we released a beta version for Windows:
https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD-Bund ... /0.20beta1

Please try it out by installing it like every other program on your computer.

Note: FreeCAD 0.20 will support Windows 7, but only the 64bit versions. 32bit Windows is in general no longer supported by FreeCAD.

Please test if the different workbenches for for you as well as the different addons.
If you encounter any troubles, please report them in this thread.

Special request, please coordinate with other packagers before making/cutting a beta build. That way we can release altogether.

It isn't necessary to quote everything uwe wrote. Instead, please limit the quote to what you're responding to. Thanks

Edit: to answer your question. We're working on it.

I do. I also wrote weeks ago that this release will happen and it was topic in the developers meeting.

Note that this is a Windows-only build (therefore there is no tag in Git). For Linux and MacOS, you can use the Conda builds to test:
