[win-conda 0.21 31513 BUG]: drag and drop doesn't work

in FC win-conda 31513 drag and drop for open a file doesn't work. you can open a file only by menu.

do you have experienced it?

What are you "dropping" on?

I have no problem dragging an FCStd file onto the FreeCAD icon on my desktop. It opens just fine. (Exactly the same OS and FC version)

Is there some other method you are using?

yes i mean just that,

1) FC instance already opened
2) i drag a supported file into the FC window
3) the mouse icon shows a "prohibition sign" and i can't open it

but if i drag the file onto the FC icon (close instance) it works
