If you don't get it, "Pirates of the Caribbean", the movie .... :)
Got it without the explanation but don't know how to react without looking offensive...
Let's try this combo :o :?

I wrote the explanation in case those with English as second language might get the joke more easily. :D

Concerning pies:
what is the volume of pizza with a height of a and a radius of z?

Sorry, don't know how to write the square, so I write it like this: pi * z * z * a.

It took me a bit to get that one, I only got it when I read it out to my daughter!

But then I have been sipping on a Bundie and coke (which helps make all jokes more funny) while cooking dinner, a home made chicken/avocado/cranberry pizza!!! A strange coincidence that I just finished making a pizza as you sent your pizza joke. I am not sure if you guys will know what Bundie is? That is Aussie slang for "Bundaberg Rum" made from Aussie sugar cane in the town of Bundaberg, in the state of Queensland, Australia since 1888. They also make high quality ginger beer, sarsaparilla and various top end soft drinks. Really nice stuff to be honest. Do they sell Bundaberg soft drinks and/or rum etc. in your countries? Have you guys ever heard of the company?

Never heard of it here, but I suppose it doesn't make much sense to bring rum up from Australia when there's so much sugarcane industry in the Caribbean. The US soft drink industry has a bit of a seedy history, too, in terms of consolidation and edging out competitors, so no luck on that angle, either. (There's a whole tangent this could go towards, I used to be interested in alternate/regional soft drinks as there's a lot of them here.)

Never heard of it either, but it is available at various german online shops. Price is approximately 70@ for 0.7 liter, which makes it 100@/liter.

Congrats to GeneFC, a valued member of the community for sure!
Odd that nobody posted about your 40000 posts in this thread though
In other news I had a look now and I did pass the 1000 post threshold without noticing, I had planned to brag about it here when I did  and it looks like that made me a "Veteran" too :)

There is an awesome team of veterans at FreeCAD :ugeek:

Seriously, this is important. It consolidates and validates FreeCAD. It allows people to look and see it is vouched for and supported by many people who know what they are talking about. This is all part of what makes FreeCAD solid. It's not only bugfixing, but also these other things that turn FreeCAD a valid choice for professional work, it shows that it can be trusted.

speaking about fascinating numbers, we're past 30000 commits in master branch:

commit #30000 was made by donovaly (uwestoehr): git commit 678fc54

I know reaching 30000 doesn't mean anything special per se but I'd like to take this moment to thank everybody who has helped move this project forward across the more than two decades of development. You're all awesome and have done an amazing job!

Some extra useless but fascinating numbers: between the initial 0.19 release and 0.20 release there where 4911 commits! pretty big, but not as big as the impressive 8173 commits between 0.18 and 0.19!
