Question about FPA funding.

I see the FPA is up and running so I thought this would be a good time to ask a question. After you get your accountant :) , can we talk about funding targets. I would certainly give some money but I want to fund development only, can we be more specific and create certain accounts and describe what they will fund?
I know it's hard to break-up something like this and not everyone will agree on what goes where.
