Is it planned to added the different commands of the Addon Help for translation on Crowdin?
and may be there was some good reasons, why is it an Addon?

to precise my thoughts, once we have downloaded Help Addon, we have new tab under Edit/Preferences/General/Help.
I'm talking about this GUI.
