In GitLab land they call them "merge requests", and there should be a green "New Merge Request" on https://salsa.debian.org/science-team/f ... e_requests if you are logged in.
In this particular case since the edit is small it should also be able to go to the file you want to make changes for and click the Edit button, which opens up a web editor that makes a merge request for you.
