Can you provide these versions for the release as well, as soon as it becomes official? I guess the BigSur variant will not run on 10.15 and below, so we have to provide 3 versions?

My builds are emergency solution for BigSur user. The best solution would be Conda build for all systems.

Maybe someone can test if this makes conda-based bundles work with Big Sur.
How is it possible to test it? I installed Miniforge Arm64. With env is great. But I do not know, how I compile something.

I do believe that you need disable -DBUILD_WEB (Qt5, QtWebEngine Bug) to run FreeCAD with Big Sur.

I am not sure. I used a workaround from the spyder-editor and tested on big-sur with conda-directly. The bundles here have the workaround included:

Ok, I wasn't sure. Your commit is newer than the revision of FreeCAD.

It only changes the start-file (adding the environment variable before launching freecad). The build is done in a seperate step so therefor the freecad-version is older.

It works fine with rosetta 2. The startup is slower. But normal.

We still have the assembly3 workbench included which slows the startup a little bit.

Testing the freecad dmg (conda) on an imac in the store. Seems like it is working quite well. I had no issues with the menu-bar, and also the trackers (pivy graphics) worked smooth (In previous tests I always experienced slow interaction with pivy tracker objects).
