2D Bounding Plane Constraint Not available

Hi,
I'm getting started and running through this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gzDfP9ohJdA on simulating the Karman Vortex.

When I select the back and front faces and set the boundary condition, the tutorial sets the Boundary to "Constraint" and the sub-type to "2D Bounding Plane".
When I set the boundary to "Constraint" the only sub-type in the list is "Symmetry". "2D Bounding Plane" is not in the list.

Is there something I'm missing? Why do I not have a constraint for 2D bounding plane?
