Things have got suddenly complicated so I'll have to stop for a few weeks. I've spent the last days revisiting my previous work and picked up a few observations and errors. I'm going to put a note together, for my own benefit, so hope I'll have a better idea of my limitations. Basically, I cannot repeat my previous successful cases obtained before my FC upgrade, even when entering the new 0.19.4 data into my original workbooks. Result is I must spend time investigating my analytic approach.
But thanks again, I will certainly follow your latest suggestions because I love your cutting approach and need to also understand that far better. It will be at least a month before I can get back to my work.

Checkmesh doesnt work. It seems, that the meshQualityDict is not written.
Just updated cfdof-wb. Rest of sim runs fine.

Two questions, please:
There is a new meshing button, called "Dynamic mesh refinement".
How can I activate the button and what can I do with it?
When looking up the results in paraview, there is a new default entry "CleantoGrid1".
Why?

I want to share a real live case on which I have worked.
Change of an existing antenna-mast in an old house in Hamburg, Germany.
As you can see from the picture, the area in the roof is not so nice, the
new mast is only 8,5 m high, but the loading on the roof/walls is critical.
From my statics calculation I got 2 kN resulting wind force on the cluster,
and I wanted to check this with a full 3D-run with cfd.
Wind speed is 150 km/h, Re=5*10^6. Runtime sim over 8 hours on intel i7 16 GB RAM
Before this I ran a test case on a traffic sign.
The conclusion is that you can use gmsh without boundary-layers, but with turbulence.
For the 5G-cluster, gmsh runs blind-fast.
The viscous terms in the results are negligible, for structures like this and very high Re-numbers.
