[Solved] "Pan" function limited in movement

Hello wandererfan, greetings to the Community!
Finally I found something that affects the malfunction.
If from the TechDraw preferences I set A4 as the default page/format, and then set/change the Template parameter from the properties to a format greater than A3, then the problem arises.
If from TechDraw preferences I set A0 as the default page/format, and then set the Template parameter on smaller formats from the properties, the problem seems to disappear, and everything works perfectly, even if I create a new page with an A0 Template, the malfunction does not occur.

Ah-hah! The scrollable area was not being reset on a change of template. The fix is in the queue.

Problem well solved with the FC 0.21-31641 version, but perhaps it was already solved also in the previous one (I haven't tried it)
