[Feature Request] Have the 'titleblock-text-editable' of the Template changable from the Proprety View

Post by tobiasfalk »

Hi,
it would be nice if it would be possible to change the value of the text from the Template in the Property View, this would make it easier to make multiple pages that have the same in the title block.

Why not customising a template before you use it? You could change the default strings of the editable texts.

If you generate your template via Python macro (as you mentioned elsewhere), you could check for existing templates and extract and reuse the needed information on the fly.
This is possible for templates having identical names for their editable texts, what should be the case for macro generated templates.

The needs a change to the PropertyEditor to allow editing of PropertyMap. Not sure what's involved in that.
