Part Check Geometry - move dialogue buttons

Post by heda »

by moving the buttons on the task dialogue 2 things are improved:

a) one does not have to scroll down to see the buttons
b) the dialogue does not have to be so wide (on my box i always have to widen the combo-view to see the run-check button)

Code: Select all

[Run check] [Close]
--Settings----------------
--Check geometry results--
-- Shape contents---------
:?: 2 buttons and 3 inside 'windows'.

I believed this has been discussed before not too long ago too. IMO the widget should have tabs for settings and results rather than buttons but I agree the buttons should be up.

I was going to create a FR but this came up in the search. It looks like a simple solution/fix and since a release is approaching it is better to do it now instead of a year later ;)

So just a bump and if needed I could create a FR in Open discussions or the tracker?

Better now IMHO, as it is very useful.

It will be out of the Part WB? so it will be available on every WB?

I have it in a custom toolbar so not really an issue for me. But having it accessible without having to switch to PartWB would be nice.

This is the point as it is udeful even when working with other WB, like PartDEsign or Curves WB (only to cite two often used).
