How do I keep this box closed?

Post by leoheck »

Hello folks. How do I close this widget here in this site?

Every time the window is refreshed or opened again, this thing is opened. This is like that for a long time.

Yes, this closes the box. But if I refresh the page or go to another place inside the page it go back to the expanded state.

Nothing fixes that!

Mouse dos not appear in the video but I close the box, then I refresh the page. I do this 3 or 4 times. Later I use Ctrl+R to clean cookies, nothing fixes that.

The FreeCAD style has its defects, but this is none I have seen here. How about switching the style to phpbb's default prosilver and back? If it doesn't help: Chrome has its config files similar to FreeCAD, and you can remove them and start from scratch (no cookies, no passwords - what a life!).

Hi Cristian. Yeah, indeed, it is full of bugs. But this dark theme is kind of working better. Cheers.

I recommend the elegance or prosilver themes, they work so much better than the FreeCAD themes for me.

So if this thing is so buggy as you guys are saying here, someone should fix this theme or change the default one, because it is happening in the *the default* theme. Users should not change things if they don't want.

Yes, of course. Alas, there is currently no developer named "someone". I had made a proposal to fix the emoji stuff, but it never reached the css files. It is not that important for me, and I'm too lazy to dig it out again and insist on merging it. I don't have direct access so the process, especially error finding, can be tedious.
