Can you make diameter constraint labels horizontal?

Post by theleetbeagle »

Can you make diameter constraint labels (the actual readout itself) horizontal instead of parallel with the restraint line? I know it more or less will be if the line itself is horizontal, but you can't always do that for visibility purposes.

I like it the way it is. It makes it easy to distinguish arc and circle dimensions from others.

You should do more simple sketches if you have problem reading them.
Can you provide an example ?

That's helpful, thanks!

I literally attached a photo to this thread. You should read more simple posts if you have problem reading them.

The source code is freely available. As a pure guess I would say that some effort was invested to turn the text.

I was speaking of a sketch with visibility problem.
I see only a sketch with bad pratice.

Is there any other way to attach?

The image attached to the OP, shows more than one error, I imagine that's why a file was requested.

By the way there are posting rules :-

Without passing judgement about whether this good or evil, the answer is no.

Lots of things are possible with program changes, but at this time there is no way to rotate that sort of label.

Thanks. To everyone else, was that really so hard?

Also, the fact that, what is it, the techdraw workbench, offers this for print outs obviously means it's desirable.
