How to unsubscribe from topic (split from call for screenshots)
How do I stop seeing updates on this topic?
Seriously, I shared here before, but I was not considering being stuck on this thing forever.
Is there any button to unsubscribe this post?
Alternatively, can I do that If I remove my comments here?

Re: call for screenshots - By Yorik
Interesting did not know this.
However, I am looking for a way to "unsubscribe" to the topic.
I clicked there twice, the button status/string/text does not change. But at least the popup that came with the second click said: "unsubscribed something...". It looks like it is working as most of the popups inside the Freecad.
Well, thank you Jee-Bee, in some minutes I will have an idea if this has worked.

Imho, find the post asking for notification ans uncheck the choice box .

Jee-Bee, your suggestion did not work. New content is still being advertised.
Re: How to unsubscribe from topic (split from call for screenshots)
Oh thank you, god. So, this is the way to do that.
I have to go to the thread I want to unsubscribe. Then update my replies to something useless/random/Spam then someone will move my text out of that thread to a new thread that no one will ever reply to. Awesome.

This is the "official" way to handle subscriptions. From https://forum.freecadweb.org/app.php/help/faq
You can reach your user control panel by clicking on your name in the top-right corner of any page of the forum.

Thanks, Gene.
I am seeing just a single thing there. I have many posts. If someone replies in any one of them I will be seeing that post as unread.
I am not sure that all of them are appearing there.
This is a screenshot of that area. Am I in the right place?

Re: How to unsubscribe from topic (split from call for screenshots)
That is the correct place. If you are seeing nothing then you are no longer subscribed.
This has no relationship to read or unread or whether you have already been notified.
You might also check "Manage Notifications" a few tabs below "Manage Subscriptions".
Indeed, it could be useful to look through your entire profile. You might find something else that is not what you prefer.
[Edit] I looked a little closer at the image you posted, and it appears the important information is hidden behind all the circles. The default forum style is pretty broken. I recommend that you look at other styles. Click on your name (as before) then go to:
User Control Panel >> Board Preferences >> My Board Style
You may still be subscribed to that specific topic.

Thanks, I could find that there is a dark theme.
It is a broken theme for sure, since there are many unfinished white places.
Especially when Posting a Reply.
But, it feels way better. The other version is so bright it hurts my eyes.
When I go there, I would like to see things that I am interacting with or interested in.
For instance, I am not interested in the following post. This thing will receive content forever. Every day.
So I don't want to bother myself with this post appearing in the "Your posts" section.

What I am asking is, how to stop something from being unred or appearing in "Your Posts" place.
