Re: v20 Fastner help
Hello, I don´t know pretty clear what you refer but in my side appear the M5x8-Stud inside a toolbar:
Code: Select all
OS: Windows 10 Version 2009
Word size of FreeCAD: 64-bit
Version: 0.21.30058 (Git)
Build type: Release
Branch: master
Hash: cb96332a64db8ae855ca700212eebb0f5151230a

Locale: English/United States (en_US) [ OS: Spanish/Spain (es_ES) ]
Installed mods:
* fasteners 0.4.1
Do you have updated the fasteners workbench? It would be good to see your full freecad about info.
Edit: I forgot that maybe you could have the toolbar disabled in the view menu
Re: v20 Fastner help
You make it sound as though the user cannot add the same fastener to multiple holes at once, this is incorrect. The user simply Ctrl-clicks each circular edge of each hole to have the same type of fastener and then clicks the fastener button required which creates them at the position. Yoiu appear to be creating them at the origin one at a time and then moving them.

Re: v0.20 Fastener help
Yep, when you start AddonManager and the main window has finished loading, you need to click the Refresh Local Cache button at the bottom left hand corner every week or so, you can then tell the actual latest version (0.4.1 at the time of writing), click on the workbench and click the Update button towards the top right corner and then restart when prompted.
