Here is the download link: https://github.com/nalexandru/api-ms-wi ... K/releases

Just place the 64bit "api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll" in FreeCAD's bin folder, and you should be good, hopefully. Please try it out maybe this is the issue.
Didn't work, tryed even to place files in x64 in System32 and x86 in SysWOW64.

Sorry to hear that...
maybe there is something else that is missing? I have all the Visual C- Runtimes installed, there is a package with a easy install...
Runtimes will not hurt. At least the vcredist2015_2017_2019_2022_x64.exe and vcredist2015_2017_2019_2022_x86.exe are useful.
Download is here: https://www.techpowerup.com/download/vi ... ll-in-one/

I have also the NET Framework installed... And all MS patches. Someone mentioned the Windows-7-KB2533623 patch would be needed.
Here it is: https://github.com/beny1226/Windows-7-KB2533623

Systematic sequential procedure is recommended. I hope the runtimes will do the trick.

The modified DLL's release 0.3.1
https://github.com/nalexandru/api-ms-wi ... K/releases

The screenshot below shows the weekly build 29936, working as usual on my Win7.
