About the "Center of Circles" feature

Post by xsuper9988 »

Most workbenches do not support the "center of circle" feature
I only found it in "TechDraw"
"Circle center" is a useful feature (at least for me personally...)
Does anyone know why it doesn't exist in most workbenches?
Thank you very much

When do you need it, that it doesn't appear to be available? If you external reference a circular arc in Sketcher, you get the center. If you are trying to attach something to an arc, you have concentric mode, which will attach to the center.

FC lacks a comprehensive global measurement tool, because of that it might be useful for centre marks in measurement. Although I would prefer to have a better measurement tool.

For the purposes of attachment, there are a number of modes available none of which require the selection of the centre.

They don't seem to be essential to me and I have used FC everyday for over 5 years. YMMV.

Do you mean that?
Or is there any other faster way?
Thank you very much for your reply

But I wasn't thinking in terms of measuring 3D models, but building them.
