About the "Center of Circles" feature
Most workbenches do not support the "center of circle" feature
I only found it in "TechDraw"
"Circle center" is a useful feature (at least for me personally...)
Does anyone know why it doesn't exist in most workbenches?
Thank you very much

Re: About the "Center of Circles" feature
When do you need it, that it doesn't appear to be available? If you external reference a circular arc in Sketcher, you get the center. If you are trying to attach something to an arc, you have concentric mode, which will attach to the center.xsuper9988 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 06, 2022 11:46 pm Most workbenches do not support the "center of circle" feature

Re: About the "Center of Circles" feature
FC lacks a comprehensive global measurement tool, because of that it might be useful for centre marks in measurement. Although I would prefer to have a better measurement tool.
For the purposes of attachment, there are a number of modes available none of which require the selection of the centre.
They don't seem to be essential to me and I have used FC everyday for over 5 years. YMMV.

Or is there any other faster way?

Re: About the "Center of Circles" feature
If you want to attach a Datum Point it is called Center of Curvature But I wasn't thinking in terms of measuring 3D models, but building them.xsuper9988 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 07, 2022 3:52 amDo you mean that?edwilliams16 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 07, 2022 12:22 am If you are trying to attach something to an arc, you have concentric mode, which will attach to the center.
