That's kind of tough, centering the board makes for easier constraints but if the mfg. dimensions from a corner then 0,0 in the corner is easy. I lean towards centering because normally there will be an added enclosure and using symmetrical constraints is easy, powerful and quick work.redman wrote, The new one ( RpiZero_Centered ) is supposed to have the PCB centroid at 0,0,0 thinking it would help with mirroring parts/holes using symmetry... I am not sure it will be that much more helpful... maybe it would be more beneficial if the mid point of the longest side of PCB is at 0,0,0... maybe it is my lack of experience with FreeCAD
