Good morning,
Everytime that I merge projects and when I add some dimensions at TechDraw workbench, FreeCad start to bug and keep saying (not responding), does anyone know how can I fix that ?

If there are geometry errors in the model, TechDraw can go into very long processing loops. If you have multiple Pages open, set the KeepUpdated property to false on the Pages you are not working on.
