Haven't figured the steps to reproduce this, but it happens to me a lot.
I save a file (File> Save As, in dialog type "abcd"), and in the File > Recent files list it is shown without an extension (i.e. .FCStd). But it is saved as abcd.FCStd.
So when I go back to open it from the list, FC throws and error that the file does not exist.
But, if I go back and use File > Open and browse to the file and open it, the extension IS shown in File > Recent files.
This has been happening for some weeks now (at least that's when I noticed it).
