Hi there

I Work in heating planing too.
Very well done that work. You know how to simplify non essetial parts. I love it.

I experimented with Dodo too. Dodo and Arch WB Seem to play well together for you. Do you have a sample file to share?

Looks really great and professional. Which software was used for the visualization ?

Guido shared a link to his Google Drive folder with FreeCAD files with these models.

Yep :D, I have been following this concept since I started to draw 2D layouts. Most of the times the step (or other formats) models that producers share on their sites are too much complex for an easy use. For example if you need to insert a circulator pump in a model, like that I drew, the detail of bolts, screws or a very detailed circulator casing are unuseful, you need fluid inlet and outlet diameter, shape and dimensions of an essential casing, that's it.

I used FreeCAD's Raytracing workbench to create the .pov file for POV-Ray and then I rendered the model with the following command line:
"C:\Program Files\POV-Ray\v3.7\bin\pvengine64.exe" file_name.pov +W1280 +H1024 +AM2 +A

Cool, thank you for clarifying. I thought that it was rendered in Blender or something like that.
