Nice.
This reminds me about trying to repair a hair dryer (from Brown) years ago. But I was not successful because one of the blades/paddles was broken and I did not know how to fix it.
Do you want to print the part, and how? Temperatures are high inside the dryer, right?!
Please let us know if you were successful!

I don't use hairdryers, but as far as I know, is the fan on the cool side blowing the air through the heating coils and not sucking it. The rpm could be a problem though.
A Sketcher Lecture with in-depth information is available in English, auf Deutsch, en français, en español.

It seems that the file you attached is different than what you show in the screenshot. Could I ask you to share the file with the turbine model shown in the screenshot ? I would like to carry out some simulations in FEM module :-)

Howil : no print yet . l think no problem with temperature because is in the cold side. The original fan is plastic, too.

I see. It would be really nice if you could share the assembled model as well. I'm not sure how you put the parts together.

Your model seems too complex.
Do you know Draft_PolarArray ?
