R/C Camera Rig for Kite Aerial Photography (Design, Build, and Test Flight)

Hey everyone,

I recently used FreeCAD to design a rig to carry a camera in the air via a kite and take pictures. It's radio-controlled with pan/tilt/shutter control and a live video downlink. Here is a video that shows the CAD design, the build, and flight test. I hope you enjoy the video!
