May I ask how you did the print? Material, wall thickness, infill? Did you have to smooth it after printing to get a decent surface?
The plan is printed on paper  Depron is the material the planes are made of, these are insulation sheets 6mm thick. You have to cut out the shape with a knife, a hobby knife works the best. If you are curious visit RC Groupes there are all the informations you desire. The link is in my previous post.

The planes, Park Jets are made of flat sheets like the Shock Flyers

A cost effective 2403 brushless out-runner, with only one colour choice, pink... Dimensions
were taken from a tech drawing. Obviously this drawing was not related to manufacturing.

This is a so called GWS Slow Prop 8x4.3. 8 inch in length and the pitch is 4,3 inch. This file is not entire made with FreeCAD, i made the prop with another CAD system around 2013. But i have altered the imported STEP file and FreeCAD was able to export a Step again. This is very cool, being able to add features to a step file! I made the prop according to pictures i took, full zoom max distance to minimize the effect of perspective  .

I hope it will soon be possible to remake the prop using FreeCAD entirely! As i did with most of my CAD files.
Look up my CAD files at GrabCAD, if you are curious: https://grabcad.com/jimmi.henry-1/models?sort=recent

Thank you for the information, i heave learned a bit more about making PCB's. The screw holes in my PCB's won't be enlarged through holes any more, i can make the outline and mounting holes, even mounting ovals with FreeCAD. This is so much nicer and faster! Further more about the interactiveHTMLBom, i did see a similar tool on a retro channel it was very useful. They were working on a AMIGA PCB populating it. But i am afraid it won't work for my KiCAD 5.1.12 on Win7, tried it out already.

Both Images show the same project.

Image below shows a PCB made with a 3018CNC engraving machine, the process is called isolation milling! The engraving bit is 3mm and the PCB is way to small for hand soldering, the isolation is working tho. A blyatiful failure !
Image

This Image is a KiCAD export. Notice the gradient, noice isin't it? Mounting holes are in regard to tolerances 3x oval and round now. The square LED's 5x5x7 are 100% FreeCAD made. Also the "JP1" jumper wire, both are a FreeCAD VRML export. Shiny copper jumper wire and the detailed LED's  .
