Hi friends,
i have just published the nodes
Extrude, Vector Math, Vector Length and Surface Center . Attached is a nice application example where Voronoi cells are extruded in the Z direction depending on their distance from the red marked point. Have fun with FreeCAD Nodes (

We could extend the Arch PipeConnector object to do that automatically...
