I don't find any gap in between. How do you see it? It's there a sanity check or some tool, or you do some extreme zoom?

I just use Snap to End, then draw a Draft Line, snapping to end point of 1st roof, then end point of 2nd roof. Check the Length of the Line.

You can find the Line in my model file.

Maybe there is not critical, I do not know. Just I create a bigger volume to cut from the lower solid, then it works.
