+1 from my side.

Probably it will be one of the best solutions, as every people could follow the process with his own "mind speed".

Maybe it is too "old fashioned" but a proper sequence of images, one for each step will be more effective than a "too slow" or a "too fast" video or animated image. (and I think even more quick to make using screenshots).
