Some time ago i was looking into Add-On and what was needed for that.
I remember me that there was some sort of "start part". A few empty folder (or with some information) how an Add-On is build up.
Last week i was searching for that but i wasn't able to find it... Is this still the normal workflow or is it changed?

If you want your workbench to be available in the addon-manager, you can also add a "package.xml" file :
