[Solved] Improper link in german translation

In page https://wiki.freecadweb.org/TechDraw_Workbench/de in section "Mittellinien und Gewinde" the tool "Kreisbogen" is linked to a not existing file https://wiki.freecadweb.org/TechDraw_Ex ... DrawArc/de. The correct link should be https://wiki.freecadweb.org/TechDraw_Ex ... CosmArc/de which is an existing file.
