a tag works basically the same as a branch but yeah, ideally the help addon would manage this automatically by checking FreeCAD's version info and fetching the corresponding tag/branch (another good reason to have well established and consistent version numbering, just saying).

I remember we had similar discussion when we moved from 0.18 to 0.19.

reading again this thread, open question, does Heda's answer match with the current discussion? It's far from my understanding.

There are many common points indeed. Versioning, specifically. These things are indeed hard to achieve when we are stuck inside the mediawiki environment, but out of it, they become much, much easier...

similarly, I guess it will be the same destiny for Robot and Reverse Engineering wb, at least, reduced to Addons.
