There is a breakdown in logic here.

Looking at the OP there is a reader who, when looking for information about the TechDraw Workbench, is only able to find the Basic_TechDraw_Tutorial and therefore expects to find the full documentation there. I have a very hard time understanding this, but it is the starting point for this discussion. How can changing a heading on the TechDraw_LengthDimension page help that person?

the problem by changing this title, we break the coherence with all the documentation. We need to only keep Propriétés.

Are these the only properties that are used to set a function? I don't think so but I am not user. if it is the case, then we could think about adding a sentence just below the title Properties.

I thought again about this topic: why not to add in the chapter Usage extra examples so it gives an idea to the reader.
