Coordinating Documentation and Translations before v0.20 release

Documentation
Translations
- Tackle all open issues on https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD-translations/issues
- Address open issues that are open on crowdin (issues that aren't tracked in #1)
- Figure out how to use the crowdin API to do #2
- Make sure translations of the homepage are uploaded to the homepage server
- Announce feature freeze/upcoming release to translators on crowdin

Greetings, I'm working on translating the following workbenches into Traditional Chinese:
Arch
Part Design
Sketcher
TechDraw
However, there are too many untranslated items in these workbenches. I need time to translate them. Wish me good luck. I hope to complete translations this year.
By the way, Crowdin is indeed a good website to translate all these items. The user interface is very easy to use and intuitive. I like it.

I'm pleased to announce that Sketcher workbench is 100% translated (Traditional Chinese)!!
Before (2406 Todo):

Hope this translation is able to be integrated into 0.20 release.

Now you can test the quality of FreeCAD translations yourself.

Just curious how this translation job is done behind the scene. Maybe give some hints in the Chinese forum to see if there are more peoples to join the force in future ?
