Re: How to get wiki editing permissions
It varies depending on the wiki platform being used. Some wiki platforms, such as MediaWiki, have public editing enabled by default, while others, such as Confluence, require that users be granted explicit permissions by a site administrator before they can edit pages. In general, however, most wiki platforms will have some kind of process in place for granting editing permissions to users. This process may involve creating an account on the wiki platform and then requesting editing permissions from a site administrator, or it may simply involve registering as a user of the wiki platform.

Hi,
I just started working through the tutorials. I'm keen to fix up a few typos/spelling issues as I go...
I'll send a PM requesting a Wiki account once this message has been approved.
Maxim.

Re: How to get wiki editing permissions
Hi, I request wiki edition permissions for the following reasons (in that order):
Ps: Somehow the editor does not want to put the '2' in the ordered list.
- To write my observations of the wiki pages in the discussion section, in order to make them more accessible to novices
- 2 To eventually contribute in clarifying those pages by editing them, previous discussion in the respective section.
Ps: Somehow the editor does not want to put the '2' in the ordered list.

Re: How to get wiki editing permissions
Hi,
I request to issue wiki permissions for documenting the recent changes made (https://github.com/FreeCAD/FreeCAD/pull/7217) in wiki pages. I am also planning to contribute to FreeCAD development in the future.

Hi
Ive just created an account here, and was told to "participate more in discussions to be able to" compose private message.
Seems one post is enough??
Best regards
