Hello all
This is probably a dumb question, but is there any way to avoid overlapping objects when moving them with A2Plus ?
For example, if I move an object body that starts overlapping a second object body, I would want the second one to start moving using its own constraints.

Re: A2Plus Constraint to avoid objects overlapping
what you want is multi body dynamics simulations, I think there are some ongoing efforts to implement that but it's unlikely to be in the form of a a2+ constraint, I don't even know if any of them are trying to get it working with a2+

Thanks for your answer.
Do you know another tool to simulate that (within or without FreeCAD) ?

Hi patdesse, Are you looking for a ‘limit’ constraint? An example might be: if you have a pin in a slot, the limit constraint would allow the pin to slide from one end of the slot to the other end of the slot but would stop it from going beyond the slot. If this is what you are looking for, I do not know of a limit constraint in A2+.
