I want to rotate this Drive Pillar clockwise to parallel the Idler Pillar at the back

None of the Axis Controls in Attachment has any effect.

What am I misunderstanding?

Assembly items move by their LCS.

They should shift with Attachment parameters.
Check out the Attachment Parameters for Idler Pillar PR-02-008

For some reason the files downloaded onto my machine as *.FCStd1
When I knock off the '1' all is well
