issue with GUI on part and part design

Launch FreeCAD with the setup in a language different from English.
choose Part wb
note that the top shorcut corresponding to Measure is not translate
move to Part Design wb, you got the translation
back to Part wb, you got the right translation now.
that appears with

is there a confirmation?
the translation is well present, it is more a behavior of Freecad which can hide something.
if you invite me to open a bug, I don't want to open an account on Github.

That's fair. But that's where we're organizing the task of fixing translations

I will of course look into it and let you know.
I have to say right now that David has found a lot of problems in the GUI related to the lack of translations.
We'll report them all together, but I'd like this list to get shorter quickly, because there are plenty of open issues at the moment.

Fault confirmed.
- I started FreeCAD.
- Loaded the Part workbench.
- The Measure menu label was not translated.
- I did whatever (opened the saved project), then the translated label was loaded.
