In Inkscape it is possible in file/Document Properties/Grids to setup the Major grid line every:
I don't think it is possible to do this in Freecad.
It would be great to do the same in the grid of the Sketcher workbench.
Is it possible to add this functionality?

Pictures are broken.
ATM, I see no interest in that. Especially grid in Sketcher is generally not advised to be used.
