FEM simulation - view point data

Hi,

can I view simulation result in specific point or at least limit output to specific face(s)? Currently I'm talking about thermal analysis, where heat is applied at the plate bottom

and I need to see temperature distribution on the plate top

I don't need bottom or side edges temperatures, only top. I see min/max, but as far as I understand it's for the whole object.
