First of all we need a use case or a example analysis which uses more than one meshes. I assume you would not like just two meshes but three or four or even more. We need this to really know where we do one go.

I do have a model with 4 parts, which we tried to glue together by ConstraintTies. All settting are down in FreeCAD except that it can not be solved with multiple meshes. Should I send it to you ?
Here is the model and a pdf file for descripting the details of the model.
There are 4 parts in the model, glue together by ConnstarintTied. FreeCAD FEM complaint that "multiple mesh is not supported".
