Hi,
I have recently started learning freecad. While carrying out FEM analysis there is a problem mentioned in subject. Can anyone help me on this? I am attaching the drawing prepared.

Which version of FreeCAD are you using ? It seems that there are issues with this geometry and it can't be meshed properly. First of all, you have to get rid of intersecting faces.

I am using the latest 0.2 version. I am very new to freecad. Can you help me how to get rid of the intersecting faces?

Basically you have to edit your original files...
I have exploded (https://wiki.freecadweb.org/Part_ExplodeCompound) your model. and hide one blade.
As you can see there is no gap in the plate.
