Re: Q about dxf import/export code status
Hi Dave, The dxf import/export stuff is all contained inside the Draft module. It is basically one python file, Mod/Draft/importDXF.py (which, despite the name, cares for importing and exporting to dxf format). If you are a bit used to python, I think you'll quickly understand how it works reading i...

- if "Direct Rendering" is set to "yes"
- what the "OpenGL Renderer String" line says
might be useful too...

Re: Online Help Toc
Hi Benjamin, The problem is that our wiki here is provided by sourceforge, and they don't allow to install extensions. Which is a pity, because otherwise our wiki would just rock! But anyway. Re: CADDD (CAD3D based on pythonOCC)?
Seems to be at the moment mostly based on pythonocc, which is a very good thing (compatible with freecad). Also, the more people use OCC the most they will need to feel ashamed of themselves and provide better opensource support ;) And after all, now there are python libraries for everything, maybe ...

Re: 32 or 64 b
Okay, I managed to produce a pdf from the online doc. You can download it from here: http://yorik.uncreated.net/archive/freecad010.pdf But the images and the formatting are still pretty bad... I modified the Tools/wiki2qhelp.py so it can now be used to produce a pdf file instead of the qhelp file. U...
