You can change the Normal of the plane in the properties later. Or use Draft_Mirror.

Confirmed. The problem is related to the number of decimals used for units and how FreeCAD interprets user input. Apparently 1001mm is converted to 1.001m, and if the number of decimals is 2 this is converted to 1.00m. Weird behavior IMO. OS: Windows 8.1 Version 6.3 (Build 9600) Word size of FreeCAD...

Usually you can also get a correct export by selecting the Tip of a body, instead of the body itself, but not in this case apparently.

Maybe these default folders have yet to be created in your case. Just create a macro with Std_DlgMacroExecute and see what happens...

The geometry on the inner curve of the pipe looks weird IMO. There also seems to something wrong with the edge of the teeth. It may be worth experimenting with the "Angular Deflection" and/or the "Deviation" of the object before exporting to STL. Or you can try creating a mesh wi...
