Re: What wrong with label
I am getting the error when the line is taken into 3D space. Keeping the label in 2 D space, everything looks correct, change the working plane to some angle and do something like - l = Draft.makeLabel(targetpoint=FreeCAD.Vector (0.0, 6.140144073823542, 10.0),direction='Vertical',distance=8.62352629...

Re: Recommendation on Lofting
Make the loft a solid and apply the Part Thickness tool. A positive number to add to the outside, negative number to add to the inside. You can choose the face(s) you want.

Hello R-INYURU, I'll also just toss this in. Save all your fillet/chamfer features till the end of your model. It will save you some troubles on down the road.

Re: Ellipse in part workbench
When I create an ellipse in the part workbench, why does it create 2 entries in the tree? And how do I add it to a body so I can work with it in the sketch workbench? Thanks in advance. No idea why it would be creating 2 entries. Maybe your mouse is going bad and "double clicking" with a ...

Re: Add multiple base geometry to the job
Hi, I have a problem with adding multiple paths to an engraving job. The geometry is SVG created in Inkscape, there are ~20 different paths to add and I can only add one by one. I have tried to select all by box selection, but the add button is not active. The path is not closed so union doesn't wo...

Re: [Bug?] Draft Upgrade tool generate errors in Report view
Yes, can confirm. I also get a crash when after following steps 1-6, then delete the filled rectangle, and start repeating 1-6, Crash on the first click on upgrade. My output on the console reads a bit different than yous, but I think it's the same thing in the end. <class 'TypeError'> TypeError: Ta...

Re: Best practices for re-usable features.
Have a look at the LCInterlocking addon workbench. Don't know how good or usable it is, but it looks along the lines of what your looking for.

Re: Possible to View One Sketch While Working on Another?
In the Body view tab, there is an option called Display Mode. Switch it to Wireframe. Then you can use the external geometry tool and pick off your reference points from any feature on the part. Then you can either measure them and dimension accordingly or use them to distance / center / align, etc....
