If you have used the legacy exporter: do not use the Navigation cube to align the view. Use Std_ViewFront instead. The Navigation cube is not very exact.

The problem is caused by the orientation of the sketch. If you align the sketch with the global XY plane the issue will not occur. If you don't like doing that (because the model is too complex for example) then you can create a PartDesign_ShapeBinder from the sketch, change the Placement of the bin...

Try creating multiple PartDesign_SubShapeBinder objects from the sketch and using them as the base object for Arch objects.

If you select multiple objects for Draft_Draft2Sketch a single sketch is created from them. There then should be no need for Sketcher_MergeSketches.

Welcome. A sketch can't be merged with an object that is not a sketch. You have to use Draft_Draft2Sketch first.
