To fight TNP, you should :
* not attach sketch to face
* do fillet inside sketch

Using 'reversed' option for the 1st Pad, you could use XY-plane for all further sketches or text.
Chamfer could select the upper face instead of all circular edges.

2 simple sketches are easier than a complex sketch.

Your 1st sketch is way too complex. Don't try to do everything inside the same sketch.
You can also do a full simple line for a folding.
