I think git commit dede24d5e will fix this issue: you can replace your local copy of addonmanager_workers.py with one from GitHub if you want to give it a try (or just apply the patch by hand, it's only a few lines of code).

Thanks for testing: the macro extraction from the wiki is pretty fragile, I'll give it a look and see about those tags. The macro being missing from the list of macros is on me, though, so I'll see if I can figure that one out first.

Does it work in the old version? I didn't change the text processing, all of that should be the same.

OK, window flag (singular!) added in git commit b2fbf64b3. I have no idea if this will affect @GeneFC's issue, though.
